Thoughts and prayers are with the Collins family today. Great neighbors and wonderful friends. I agree with my brother Dale, there's another carpenter in Heaven. Thinking of you Sue, Linda, Dawn and families.

I remember Bill playing a stunt on some Canadians that moved in next door. My father planted a small orange tree in our back yard. Being from Canada we didn't know how long it would take to enjoy our first oranges. Bill played a joke on us by hanging several oranges on the tree shortly after it was planted. Being about 9 years old at the time, I was yelling to my parents about the large oranges that had appeared on the tree over night. It was the prank talked about for years. It was about 53 years ago at 183 Hernando Ave. My name is Dale Tinline and I'll never forget my soft spoken neighbor Mr. Collins. GOD has another carpenter in HEAVEN!
