Obituary of Josephine Ring

Josephine Ring of Punta Gorda, Florida died June 30, 2023. She was born November 30, 1942 to Carmine and Caroline (Carmosino) Adelizzi in Queens, New York. A resident of Punta Gorda (Seminole Lakes) Florida for more than 20 years, she was formerly of Albertson, New York. Beloved wife of Joe Ring for 60 years, Josephine was the loving mother of Joann Voltaggio (Matt) and Jody Blumenauer (Mike); Cherished Grandmother of Fred, Jeremy and Michael; Great Grandmother to Elijah and Kai. Josephine was loved by many and will be missed greatly by her family and friends. Visitation will take place on Monday, July 10th from 3:00 -6:00 pm at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home in Punta Gorda. Funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Punta Gorda. Burial will be follow at Sarasota Memorial Cemetery.
