Obituary of Daniel John Larsen

Daniel John Larsen, Aka - Dan the Man of Englewood Florida passed away peacefully on June 17th, 2023 at the age of 46 years young. Danny was born in Mount Pocono, PA on September 10th, 1976. He was the youngest of 8 children born to Edwina and Leonard Larsen. They moved to Long Island, NY shortly after he was born. He played baseball all through school and excelled in it! He graduated from Massapequa High School and soon after moved to Port Charlotte, Florida with most of the family. Danny Started working with his brother and quickly picked up the trade and technique of drywall and construction. He worked hard and played hard till the day he died. He loved a good day's work but also loved fishing, boating, dirt bikes, quads, mudding, big trucks, good music, and good times. He met the love of his life on December 31st, 2015, Michelle Sara Fust, otherwise known as Sara. She brought such joy and love to his life and his daughters. He was an artist of heart, he loved drawing, love making things out of anything he could create with his hands and tools. Danny loved to be outside in nature. Loved growing things, collecting rocks, shells, driftwood and he would create something beautiful out of it. Creative at heart. Danny is predeceased by his father, his oldest brother, Neil. He is survived by his loving daughter, Michayla and his mother, Edwina. His siblings, Kim (and Kim) Fontaine, Dave (and Allison) Larsen, Deborah (and Kyle) McGlothlen, Ed (and Tina) Larsen, Lisa Happel, Chris (and Barbra) Larsen and lots of nieces and nephews. Man's best friend, Katie and Cooper who he loved dearly. Danny will truly be missed by so many people. We love you Dan the Man, see you soon.
