Obituary of Julie Ellen Gaustad-Ruhr

Julie Ellen Gaustad-Ruhr, age 66 of Port Charlotte, FL passed away on 3/21/23. Julie was born in Michigan City, IN and came to Port Charlotte in the early 90’s. She enjoyed a career as graphic design artist for Buffalo Graffix for 20 years. Julie enjoyed country line dancing, a love for funny hats, and always loved spending time with family and friends. She is predeceased by her fathers Clarence Gaustad, mother Dorothy Gaustad, and brother Ricky Gaustad. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer McLalin, sons James McLalin III and Joseph McLalin. Brothers Dale Gaustad and Ronnie Gaustad. Julie always wanted to have picnics on the beach for Christmas…a Celebration of Life picnic at the beach will be planned for this fall, here in SW FL.
