Obituary of Sue Ellen Smithey

Sue Ellen Smithey was born in Birmingham, Alabama on January 8th, 1933 to parents Guy Edward Stover and Willie Mae Morrison. She passed away in her home in Punta Gorda (Harbor Heights), Florida on August 10th, 2022. She was 89 years old. She married Henry David Smithey and moved from California to Florida. Sue was predeceased by her loving husband, Henry D. Smithey; parents, parents Guy Edward Stover and Willie Mae Stover; and her brothers, John Otis, Howard, David, James and Jimmy. Sue is survived by her brother, Thomas Stover; and sisters, Carolyn Watter, Johnnie Webb and Sherry McAlister. Her memories will be cherished by those she leaves behind.
