Obituary of Idell Richardson

Idell Richardson peacefully passed away with her daughter by her side in their Punta Gorda home on April 8, 2022 just shy of her 88th birthday. She was born on April 12, 1934 in Nashville, Georgia. Her momma and her daddy along with all her brothers and sisters were patiently waited for her heavenly arrival. Idell had a lifelong partner of over 3 decades who had previously left this earth just over a year before she did. She spoke of Forrest often including the day before she closed her eyes to reunite with him. She was a hair stylist who loved making people feel beautiful. She truly saw the beauty in all things and everyone. She was loved by so many people, family and friends near and far. Idell was a prominent member of many small groups and was proud of where her journey landed her and who she became along the way. Left behind to cherish her memory is her only daughter Carol Clawson her grandchildren Ty Clawson, Jessica and her husband Griff Howard, and Robert Beckman, along with her treasured great grand boys whom she loved so very much. We will celebrate her life on the 21 of April, 2022 at 11:00am at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home. Following the service, Idell will rest peacefully at Charlotte Memorial Cemetery.
