I first met Sister Jenny (Edna) twenty years ago when I married her brother Sam (Dermoth Thompson). Her loving spirit had drawn her to me immediately. She was a warm, caring, generous spiritual lady with a good sense of humour. I recall her spending days sharing her faith with those less fortunate shut in nursing homes. She would her her Bible to them for hours on end. Sister Jenny served her God faithfully all of her life and will reap the rewards for her sacrifices. She without a doubt would be in God’s Book of Remembrance.
1st Corinthians 15:48
Therefore, my beloved brothers be steadfast, immovable, always having plenty to do in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labour is not in vain in connection with the Lord
Proverbs 19:17
The one showing favour to the lowly is lending to Jehovah, And he will repay him for what he does
Sister Jenny lived and practiced her faith, May she now Rest In Peace.
Always in our hearts
Love. Your Brother Sam and. Cathie
