Obituary of Robert K Faust

Robert K. Faust, "Bob" 98, of Punta Gorda, FL formerly of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, died Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in Port Charlotte, FL. He was born December 4, 1914 in Springfield, Ohio to the late George and Mary (nee: Gorham). Working 44 years of his life, last as product planning manager for Navistar International Truck Company. He was a member of the Power Squadron of Fort Wayne, Indiana and the Civic Association of Punta Gorda, Florida; Bob so enjoyed his family, music, football, sailing and avid golfer. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, of 54 years Julia "Betty"; daughter Virginia Bender and her husband Joseph; two step-sons, Leonard Melton and his wife Kathleen and Walter E. Melton II and his wife Wanda; 6 grandchildren, Jason (Nicole) Melton, Kari (Casey)Finnegan, Timothy Melton, Teresa (Matthew) Voors, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Bender, and Michele Bender; 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. with burial Family will receive friends and neighbors from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at 9400 Indian Springs Cemetery Road, Punta Gorda, FL.
