Obituary of Matthew John Corso

Matthew John Corso was born July 12, 1980 in Rochester, NY and grew up in the town of Ontario. He attended Wayne Central High School where he enjoyed the ski club, riding his dirt bike and sailing on Lake Ontario. He graduated in 1998 and then attended Florida Institute of Technology where he finished with his bachelor's degree in Aviation Management and his private pilot certification. His interest in world economics led him to further studies from the Mises Institute which inspired his hopes of funding Flibe Energy. Matthew is survived by his parents, John and Sheryl Todd Corso; brother, Brian Corso and his fiance, Dana Cook; six Aunts; three Uncles; and eleven Cousins. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 8th, 2017 at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home, 9400 Indian Springs Cemetery Rd., Punta Gorda, FL at 2:00 PM.
