Obituary of Terry Hamilton Figgins

Terry H. Figgins, 79, of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away on Saturday, the 28th of May 2016. Terry was born on August 3, 1936 in Lancaster, Ohio. He served in the United States Army and was a longtime member of Sheet Metal Local Union #32. In his post-retirement years, Terry worked for Publix. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Annabelle; son, Terry M. Figgins (Debbie); and daughters, Kimberly Krizen (Kevin), Karen Dowling (William) and Kelly Cordell (David). He thoroughly enjoyed his 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Bryan, Anthony, Nikole and Jamie as well as his 4 great-grandchildren, Layla, Jaycob, Michael and Gabriel. He will be missed by brothers, Roger, Kenneth and Ted and sisters, Donna and Cheryl. Mr. Figgins was predeceased by his father, Kenneth; mother, Francis; and brother, Jon. Terry was well loved by all that knew him and will always be remembered for his witty jokes, welcoming smile and the love he had for his family.
