Obituary of Earnest Clifton Lowe

Earnest Clifton Lowe "Pete" passed away October 24, 2015. He was born January 17, 1928 in Punta Gorda to Leff and Beaulah Lowe. He was a lifelong resident of Punta Gorda Florida. He worked many years as a supervisor for Florida Power and Light and later retired. He was a very active and dedicated member of the First United Methodist Church in Punta Gorda. He was 1 of 13 children. Pete is survived by his son Brian Lowe, two step daughters; Terri (Marlon) Runkle, Billie Jean (John) Hendrix, four sisters; Velma (Ronnie) Norton, Frances (Chuck) Rogers, Mary Jo Rude and Ada Mae Westberry. Two brothers Lum (Joy) Lowe, Sim (Barbara) Lowe as well as 10 grandchildren and three great grand children and several nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his late wife Frances, his daughter Vickie, brothers; Ben and Cecil, three sisters; Delia Thomas, Ruth Miles and Esther Russell. He will sorely be missed by all that knew him. The viewing will be held at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home Thursday, October 29th from 6-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at Charlotte Memorial Cemetery Friday, October 30th 2015 at 10am. Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home, Cemetery and Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
