Obituary of Linda M. Freiday

In Memory Of: Linda M. Freiday nee Mulligan Linda, a resident of the Courtyard Assisted Living, passed away the evening of Tuesday, October 21. She was born in New York City August 18, 1948, Her parents were Margaret Dalton Mulligan and Francis Mulligan. She attended St. Vincent Ferrer High School and worked in the travel industry her whole life. Linda moved to Florida a few years ago to be closer to family. She loved animals, especially her dogs, some she rescued, and cats, too. Gardening and traveling were her hobbies. Linda will be sorely missed by her sister Cathy and her husband, Raymond, as well as nieces, Regina Negrycz and Tara Lombardo and her husband Anthony, and grand nephews John and Raymond. She is at peace now, no longer afraid of airplanes being driven into towers. A Memorial Mass was celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Punta Gorda on Friday, Oct. 23 at 11:00 AM. Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
