Obituary of Loretta M. Krizek

Loretta M. Krizek passed away at the age of 98 on Sunday September 20, 2015. Loretta was born the only child to Edward and Minnie Bucholtz on September 6, 1917 in Chicago, Illinois where she later met and married the love of her life, Jerome, on May 17, 1941. In 1976, after working odd jobs, raising two children, experiencing two world wars and The Great Depression, Loretta and Jerry made the decision to retire to Port Charlotte, Florida. Loretta will be missed by 3 grandchildren Gary Swim of Port Charlotte, Michele (Steve) Hrdina of Arcadia and Tracy (Kris) Swim of Port Charlotte, as well as, 6 great grandchildren Zackary Swim, Gavin Hrdina, Ethan Hrdina, Emillee Hrdina, Noah Swim-Smith and Gracie Shires-Swim. Loretta is predeceased by her husband of over 60 years, Jerome Krizek (March 2002), her caring son Edward Krizek (July 2010) and vibrant, loving daughter Barbara Swim (December 2009).
