My heart aches for all of you in the loss of a wonderful man. I remember Ross as a man who loved the Lord first and his family a close second. As a young Christian, He was a role model to me of a godly husband and servant of Christ. I look forward to spending eternity in his company.
Magaly, Marisa, Michael - you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love you all.

God saw he was getting tired and a cure was not to be,
So He put His arms around him, and whispered Come to Me
With tearful eyes we watched him, and saw him pass away,
Although we loved him dearly, we could not let him stay,
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
May his soul rest in peace.

While Chris and I were living in Florida we came to know Ross and Magaly while we all attended Maranatha Fellowship. While I was having one of his wonderful dinners, I shared with him that I was going to Portland, Oregon on a ministry trip. He suggested that I visit submarine that he served on in the Navy. I did and it was a very enlightening experience and our lives were enriched by knowing Ross. A truly humble man of God.

Dear Magaly and family,
Doris and I were so saddened to hear the news that Ross had passed. We reflect over the many years and our hearts just smile with great and wonderful memories of our dear friend. Those many years teaching Sunday school, being a board member, praying with folks at the altar, giving great counsel to those in need and the list goes on! We remember your hospitality when we visited you two and the laughs we always enjoyed! Also remember when we were with you Ross would be up early and would play the piano and bless us with a great Christian song and always so peaceful and at ease. He will be missed but thankful for such great fond memories of a good friend with a great smile! I think of this scripture when Ross comes to mind, John 13:35 " By this all men will know that you are My disciples, that you have love one for the other". Ross certainly lived that verse out as many can testify! May the Lord bring comfort and His amazing peace to you and your family at this time.
Our love to you all!
Chick and Doris

Dear Magaly, Marisa and Michael, your husband and father was a wonderful person. It was my privilege to have known Ross. The man played a mean piano and loved to sing. It was a pleasure to be in his company. When Bob and I visited just before our daughter and your son were married we experienced great hospitality, great humor and a lot of fun. You will be missed by many people, but you are now playing piano for the angels! Plus you and Bob are cracking jokes up in heaven. I hope to join you both someday.
Love,
"the other" Magaly
