Obituary of Richard E. Magrath

Richard E. Magrath, 82, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Dartmouth, MA, died on July 17, 2015. Mr. Magrath formerly worked at Chamberlain Manufacturing in New Bedford then became supervisor of the metal shop in GTE Sylvania in Fall River, MA. He is survived by sons Richard Jr. and wife, Debra, of Pentwater, Michigan; Aaron and wife, Leah, of Dartmouth, Massachusetts; Gunnar and companion, Louanne Pictou, of Freetown, Massachusetts; and five grandchildren: Nathan, Ian, Trevor and Alyssa Magrath and Matthew Hale. He is also survived by a brother Jean Roland Magrath and wife, Shirley, of Spokane WA. and a niece, Eileen (Griffin) Hickman (and husband Ernie), of Port Charlotte, Florida. As per his wishes, he was cremated and arrangements are private.
