Obituary of Carole J. Flamm

Carole J. Flamm, 77, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother of Deep Creek, FL went to be with the Lord on her 58th wedding anniversary, September 12th, 2011. She was born on November 11th, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois, where she resided for over 50 years before relocating to Florida. She was an active member of Calvary Assembly of God of Port Charlotte and was involved in leadership roles for Women's Ministry and World Missions. She loved to play the piano, do crossword puzzles, and spend time with her family and her Chihuahuas. She was known for her generous, kind spirit and for making every holiday special with delicious feasts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Virginia York, son Lawrence M. Flamm, brother Robert York, and sister Joy Grask. She is survived by her husband Lawrence J. Flamm, daughter Mary Eddy, sons Warren (Thelma) Flamm & Michael (Gloria) Flamm, sister Vivian (Warren) Birge, and grandchildren Taylor Eddy, Melissa Eddy, Lauren Eddy, Rebekah Flamm and Daniel Ortiz. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 19, 2011, from 10-11 AM at the Calvary Assembly of God, a service to celebrate her life will be held at 11 AM following the visitation. Entombment will be at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, Punta Gorda.
