Obituary of Jack M. Cummins

Jack M. Cummins, 83, of Fort Ogden, Florida passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, FL. Mr. Cummins was born May 30, 1931 in Lewistown, Ohio to J. J. and Iva (nee Trout) Cummins. He was self-employed in construction and was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Army. Mr. Cummins was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Ogden. Mr. Cummins is survived by his loving wife, Loretta (nee Jones) Cummins of Fort Ogden, FL; son, Joseph (Lorri) Cummins of Port Orange, FL; daughters, Ginger (Bucky) Whidden, Donna (Don) Ellis, Debbie Monk, Jackie (Ronnie Miller) Cummins, Stephanie (Roy) Bailey, Melissa (Doug Empey) Cummins, all of Port Charlotte, and LaRaye (Richard) Rowe of Fort Ogden, FL; sister, Dorothy Alison of DeGraff, OH; 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
