Obituary of Nancy Webb-Flamand

Nancy Webb-Flamand, 75, died in Port Charlotte on April 13 after a long illness. Nancy was born in Richmond, Indiana on March 4, 1939. She is survived by her loving husband Emile and many friends and family members. Cremation has been chosen by the family. Services will be at a later date and will be private.
