Obituary of Arlene Carol Ulchinsky

Arlene C. Ulchinsky, 67, died February 14, 2015. She was born December 25, 1947 in Paterson, NJ. She was a gentle person who was loved by her family and many friends. She will be remembered fondly. Services will take place Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 9:00 AM in the front of the fireplace in the foyer of Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home.
