Obituary of Louis M. Cianciulli

Louie lost his 11 year battle with cancer on January 10, 2015, surrounded by his loving daughters. He outlived every life expectancy prognosis the doctors gave him. He was a real fighter. Louie was born on Oct 30, 1938 in Avellino, Italy. He came to the United States in 1954 on the Conte Biancamano. He learned English quickly. His first job in New York was in a bakery, then construction. He then went on to the landscaping business where he later became a sole proprietor. He really loved making property beautiful. His knowledge of horticulture was just astounding. He stayed in New York until 1980 when he move to Port Charlotte Florida. He loved it there.Louie enjoyed deer hunting, fishing on his boat, painting, learning the computer to do his stocks. He was very proud of his oasis at home, he called it his paradise. He tended citrus trees, fig trees and more with lots of love and nurturing. Not a blade of grass was out of place. Louie went to Arizona with Lisa for his final three and a half weeks where he spent a beautiful Christmas and New Year with his family, Lisa, Tina, Andy and former wife Betsy. It was a true gift for all. Louie is survived by his daughters Tina (Andy) of Visalia, California, Lisa Tripicchio of Mesa Arizona, grandchildren Michael and Daniel Azevedo of Visalia, California, Anthony Tripicchio of White Plains,New York, Lisa Marie Tripicchio of Baltimore, Maryland. He had many wonderful friends in Port Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his parents Pasquale and Caterina and his longtime friend Pat Buckles. Louie wished to keep it simple for his final farewell.
