Obituary of Richard Wayne Skaggs

Richard Wayne Skaggs, 65, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Bayfront Hospital of Port Charlotte. Mr. Skaggs was born August 4, 1949 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Charley Lee and Mary Frances (nee Lake) Skaggs and moved to this area 8 years ago from St. Louis, Missouri. He worked as a programmer analyst for Care Computer Systems Bellevue, Washington and was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the US Navy. Mr. Skaggs is survived by his sisters, Cheryl A. Lee of Las Vegas, NV and Carol A. Davis of Baldwin, MO. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at St. James Episcopal Church, 1365 Viscaya Drive in Port Charlotte.
