Obituary of Vera I Bentz

Vera I Tandrup Bentz, 98, of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Bellwood, Illinois, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 3, 2014 under the care of Tidewell Hospice surround by her loving family. She was born to the late Hans Peter and Gertrude Marie (nee: Ludvigsen) Tandrup on June 4, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois. Coming to Port Charlotte in 1976 with her husband William H who predeceased her in 1985, she was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church of Port Charlotte. She is survived by her son, William Peter Bentz of Percy, IL; loving caregiver, Geri Velt and her family. extended family and friends.
