Obituary of Mary F Payne

Mary Frances Victoria Forrester Payne, 95 of Port Charlotte, formerly of Burlington, VT went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 9, 2014 in Port Charlotte, FL. She was born to the late James and Elizabeth Richey (nee: Sutton) Forrester on September 3, 1918 in Montreal , Canada. A graduate of Becker College in Worcester, MA . Formerly associated with Friends Organization in Mexico, Administration Assistant in the Department of Medical Photography of University of Vermont from 1952 to 1972 until she moved to Port Charlotte and was executive secretary to administration for St. Joseph Hospital from 1972 to 1980. She was a member of AARP, and First Presbyterian Church of Port Charlotte. Mary was survived by her brother, Victor J Forrester; sister Muriel Nilson; many nieces and nephews; caretaker Genevieve Fernandez. Cryptside Service will be conducted on Monday May 19, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Unit III Mausoleum, Charlotte Memorial Cemetery, 9400 Indian Springs Cemetery Road, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 with shared memories of family and friends.
