Obituary of Bobby E Nelson

Bobby E Nelson, 73, of Punta Gorda, Fl formerly of Tampa went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 under the care of Tidewell Hospice, and surrounded by his loving family at his home in Punta Gorda. He was born to the late, Edgar E and Myra Larue (nee: French) Nelson on August 24, 1940 in Rocky Gap, Virginia. He so enjoyed camping, cooking, and First Baptist Church of Punta Gorda. H eis survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sharon L Nelson; sons, Bobby (Sunday) Nelson, Rockland (Ashley) Nelson and Charles R Nelson; sisters Charlotte Nelson and Rita (Richard) Fletccher; and 4 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Punta Gorda, with Pastor Hardin officiating.
