Obituary of Sara Nicole Patterson

Sara Nicole Patterson, 31, of Port Charlotte, FL was given her Angel wings on March 9, 2014. Sara was born September 23, 1982 in Charleston, SC. She graduated from Alden Road ESC in Jacksonville, FL. Sara was known as a miracle, a blessing, and an absolute joy and inspiration to all those who met and knew her. Sara loved spending time with her parents, and participating in the Special Olympics; she enjoyed bowling, swimming and especially loved butterflies. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Sara is mourned and survived by her parents, George and Linda Patterson; her sister, Amy Patterson; her uncles, Rick Patterson, Tim Shepherd, Mike Shepherd, and Roger Patterson; her aunts, Nancy Pape and her husband, Lenny and Rose Shepherd; and many cousins. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 2:00PM on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Paul Schelm Funeral Home, 12687 SW County Road &69 (Kings Highway) in Lake Suzy.
