Obituary of James Ulchinsky

James Ulchinsky passed away in Punta Gorda on Feb. 18, 2014. He was 68 years of age. James was born May 24, 1945 in Paterson, New Jersey. He was a proud Navy Veteran and was in the insurance business for many years. His cremated remains will be inurned in Tranquility Hall at Charlotte Memorial Cemetery and at Arlington National Cemetery. A service of shared memories will take place at Charlotte Memorial on Feb.28 at 1:00 pm.
