Obituary of Aubrey O Romeo

Aubrey O Romeo 92, of Port Charlotte, FL formerly of New York, went to be with the Lord on October 24, 2013. He was born in Trinidad, West Indies on March 29, 1921 to the late James and Matilda (nee; Stephen) Romeo. Coming from Trinidad in 1950 and Worked over 20 years of his life for New York City Transit. Moving to Port Charlotte in 1992 he was a member of St James Episcopal Church and the Brotherhood. He is survived by his sons, Lateef Chike and Fitzroy Romeo; brother, Gerald Romeo; grandchildren, Omari, Ain, Nkosi, Anastasia, Bunny, Roseann, Amelia, Jesinta, Ambrose, Osweld, and Rampel; 20 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren; niece Valerie, many dear friends. Family will receive friends, neighbors, from 10:00 AM to 11:00AM on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at St. James Episcopal Church, 1365 Viscaya Drive, Port Charlotte, FL 33952-941-637-4000 Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM at St James Episcopal Church.
