Obituary of James W Kee III

James W. Kee III, of Punta Gorda, Florida, died on March 30, 2021 at age 81. James was born on January 29, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was married to his beloved wife Barbara A. Kee for 61 years. James graduated from Bok Technical High School. He moved to Marlton, New Jersey and then again to Punta Gorda, Florida in 2002. He was a designer for university and hospital food services and stadium concessions, including the Olympics. One of his favorites was Camden Yards in Baltimore. James enjoyed listening to smooth jazz and having a glass of Pinot Grigio. He was a four-star mariner with Holland American Line and enjoyed photographing all of the places he travelled. Most of all, he enjoyed time spent with his family. James is predeceased by his parents, his brother Paul and his brother-in-law Bill. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Barbara; daughters Deborah Kee Pryor (Jack), Barbara Andrulonis (Greg) and grandsons Kyle and George, Kathleen Donaldson (Allan) and grandchildren Alex and Molly; son James Kee (Veronica) and grandchildren Erin and Jay; and nieces Natalie, Carolyn, Lisa and Michelle. There will be a visitation at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home Tuesday 4/6/2021 from 12pm-1pm with a service at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, please direct contributions to Tidewell Hospice.
