Obituary of Irene Lohr

Irene L Lohr, passed away May 9, 2023 at her home. The daughter of Leonard and Oma Gaines- Glover. She was born September 17, 1939 in Tyler County, West Virginia. Irene and Fred were the proud parents of two children, Sara Lindner and husband Curt of Port Charlotte, Fl and Pat Lohr and wife Lori, of North Port, Fl. She was the proud “Nana” of Zack Stackhouse (Becki), Shawn Stackhouse (Melissa) and Alexis Lohr and great grandmother to Kamphor Stackhouse. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Oma Glover,her loving husband, Fred Lohr, brothers, Leonard Glover and Bill Glover, as well as sisters, Marie Watkins and Mary Placer. Irene received her BS in Nursing from West Virginia University in 1986, She was a devoted nurse who gave her all to her patients whom she loved. Service times will be announced at a later date.
