Obituary of Amenie Jean-Claude

Mrs. Amenie JEAN CLAUDE went to be with the Lord on October 5th, 2022, from a lengthy illness at the age of 89. She was born in Cavaillon, Haiti on July 30th, 1933. Amenie is survived by her 2 children Jean Rodriguez DORLEAN and Rose-Marie DORLEAN Chorly, and their father Vaĺneus DORLEAN. Her granddaughters Aurélie Tanya, Lauren Ann Chorly & Mahalia DORLEAN Jean. Her younger brother Milou Jean-Claude & family and several nieces and nephew. Amenie enjoyed cooking for her family and friends & also enjoyed traveling to visit them. She will be remembered as a gem of a woman who has been a pillar of strength, love and unity to her family her entire life. A devoted mother who sacrificed so much for her children and must definitively a great servant of God. Funeral service will be held at Bethanie Seven Day Adventist Church of Harbor View Blvd in Port Charlotte , Florida on October 21st @ 9am, following service a procession will led to Charlotte memorial cemetery in Punta Gorda, where a graveside service will be held followed by gathering / tribute.
