Obituary of Beverly J Walter

Beverly Walter, 92 of Lehigh Acres, Fl passed away Saturday July 23,2022, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Beverly was born in January 1930 in Indiana where she grew up with two brothers. During her high school years, she met the man that became her husband. After living there and starting a family, they moved to SW Florida in 1959. Beverly retired from Publix and Paul Corp. After her husband of 52 years passed away, Beverly started volunteering at Hope Hospice in Lehigh Acres. There Beverly volunteered her time in the office and did a lot of quilts and various crochet projects for Hope and other organizations. Beverly also volunteered at her church where she assisted with snacks and drinks after service each Sunday and assisted the Quilting group of the church. The group supports Hope Hospice and several other organizations in the community as well. Beverly is survived by her three children, five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday 30 July 2022 from 10 am until 1130am at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home, 9400 Indian Spring Cemetery Road, Punta Gorda, FL 941-623-4411 with interment to follow at 11:30am in Charlotte Memorial Cemetery.
