Obituary of Gayle Elizabeth Mesko
Gayle Elizabeth Mesko, 64, was born to parents Clarence and Jean Fink in Rochester, NY.
She was married to her husband for over 34 years and spent a life together for nearly 40 years.
They had one son together, Samuel. She is survived by both of them and her sisters Donna and
Karen Fink.
Gayle was the guiding light and anchor of her family. She in no small way embodied what it
meant to be patient, to be tranquil, to be compassionate, to be nurturing, to be insightful, to be
loving and above all else to be unwavering in her support of those she loved. The pride she had
in her family could not be measured.
Gayle encouraged those around her to chase their dreams and passions. When we needed
wisdom, she gave us encouragement. When we needed a push, she gave us understanding.
When we needed someone to lean on, she gave us her all before the needs of her own. She
was loved more than anyone had words for, appreciated more than anyone could say and
thought of more than anyone knew.
Gayle was a loving wife, a loving mother, a loving sister, a best friend and she will be missed for
an eternity. She will be kept in the hearts and minds of everyone who had the privilege of
having such an amazing woman in their lives.
