Obituary of Daniel John Dolack

Dan passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2022. Dan was born on April 1st, 1979 and was 42 years old. He grew up in Mahopac N.Y., and attended school there. Later he went to Westchester Community college. He moved to Florida in 1999. and attended Florida Culinary Institute. He worked at Coral Creek golf course as an assistant chef. He was presently the head chef at the Blu Grotto restaurant in Port Charlotte Fl. Dan enjoyed life and loved having pets. His special pet was his dog Angel. He is survived by his parents Lucille and Ronald Dolack of Punta Gorda , Fl. and his Brother William Dolack of Putnam Valley, N.Y., Nieces Tara and Brianna Dolack also of Putnam Valley, N.Y. He also has several aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be a mass on April 30th, 2022 at 11a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. The church is located on 211 W Charlotte Ave in Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
