Obituary of Vondetta Lee Thompson

Vondetta Lee Thompson of Punta Gorda, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2021. She was 86 years old. Vondetta was born in Hickory, North Carolina on August 20, 1934 to Russell and Ruth (nee Frye) Miller. She enjoyed working as a hostess and meeting new people, but most of all, she loved taking care of her beloved family. Vondetta will be greatly missed, but her family takes comfort in knowing that she is at rest in the presence of God with those she loved who passed away before her.
