Obituary of Macius "Toto" Benoit

Mr. Macius “Toto” Benoit, 80, of Port Charlotte, Florida formerly of Bridgeport, Connecticut, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte. Born July 23, 1940 in La Valle De Jacmel, Haiti, Macius, and his wife, Emee have lived in Port Charlotte, Fl for the past 18 years. Prior to that he worked and lived in Bridgeport, CT for 25 years. He is survived by his wife Emee Benoit and four daughters, Gertha Benoit-Hollis, Johanne Benoit McAdoo, Carline Benoit-Holt and Marie-Rose Benoit. He also had 10 grandchildren, Elijah Macius Benoit, Jachim R. McAdoo, Malaika A. Hollis, Stephen E. Hollis, Jonathan W. McAdoo, Sebastian M. Holt, Zion D. Bascom, Thaddeus J. Holt, Aaliyah Hollis, and Jacklyn S. McAdoo and one great grandchild, Aris S. Benoit-Holt.
