Obituary of Arthur Bill Hennig

Arthur Bill Hennig of Port Charlotte, Florida and formerly of Cochecton, New York, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2020. He was 79 years old. Arthur was born in Callicoon, New York on June 28, 1941 to Arthur and Doris (Moran) Hennig. He attended the Narrowsburg and Jeffersonville Schools and went on to become a General Contractor and Owner of Cochecton General Store. Arthur was a member of the Cochecton Mens Club and enjoyed deer hunting, finding Indian arrowheads, antiquing and having breakfast at Sweet's Diner with his friends; but most of all, he cherished his time spent with his family. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Nickolas and is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Susanne (Hermann); daughter, Peri; son, Jay; grandchildren, Tyler, Katrina, Amanda, Morganne and Hope; great grandchildren, Raven and Kharma; brother, Randy; sisters, Karen, Dawn and Lori; and other loving family and friends.
