Obituary of Leola B. Bieri

Leola B. Bieri, 91, of Pt. Charlotte, formerly of Milwaukee, Wisc. Passed away, Tuesday, August 14, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 2, 1921 in Gresham, Wisconsin to Frank and Emma Page. Moving to Port Charlotte over 25 years ago with her late husband, Frederick who preceded her in death 2007, Leola was very active in the Maple Leaf Community, and Lutheran Church of the Cross of Pt Charlotte. She is survived by her loving daughter, Sharon Szymborski and her son-in-law Gary of Brookfield, Wisc; grandchildren, Wendy (Jon) Koser, Mark (Kim) Szymborski, and Dawn (Larry) Hipp; great grandchildren, David, Christopher, Azia Lynn, Colin, Hunter, Forest, Colton, and Grayson. Leola was preceded in death by her sister, Ione Goetzke and great granddaughter Analiese. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the funeral service at 11 am Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012 at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home, 9400 Indian Spring Cemetery Road, Punta Gorda, FL. with interment to follow at Charlotte Memorial Cemetery.
