Obituary of Robert W. Bennett
Robert Bennett, 75, passed
away at his home on March
14, 2019, with his loving wife
by his side, after 11 years of
battling cancer. Bob was born
on November 29, 1943, son of
Robert and Eldora (Tucker)
Bennett, he was born in Exeter,
N.H. Prior to his retirement
Bob worked as Director
of Public Works for the Towns
of Plaistow, Sutton, Plainfield
and Belmont, N.H. Bob also
worked managing and operating
heavy equipment. Bob's
passion has always been flying
and held a private pilots license.
He also enjoyed classic
cars and fishing with his son
and grandchildren. Bob was a
member of PC United Methodist
Church, NSRA, a Master
Road Scholar, Licensed Real
Estate Agent and was a Level
1 Fireman. Bob is survived by
his wife of 53 years, JoAnn
(Abdo) Bennett, two children
a daughter Sharon (Bennett)
French, her husband Bob and
two grandsons, Ty and Cam.
His son Robert W Bennett Jr.
his wife Cheryl and granddaughters,
Madison, Sarah
and Lauren. Bob also leaves
two sisters, Patricia Comeau
and Shirley Anthony and a
brother Bruce Bennett and
many close family members
and friends. Bob had 75 years
on this earthy plane and now
has his wings to fly.
ARRANGEMENTS: Celebration
of Life at Concord Wesley United
Methodist Church, 79 Clinton St,
Concord, NH, on June 7, 2019,
at 4 p.m., reception to follow at
Church.
Burial will be at the Pine Grove
Cemetery, Kingston NH on June
10th at 10 a.m.
