Obituary of Norberta Castro

Norberta Castro, 98, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Monday, April 2nd, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Castro was born June 21, 1908 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico to Felipe and Flora (Camacho) Run and moved to Port Charlotte 17 years ago from New York City, NY. She worked as a Launderer in the commercial laundry business and was a member of San Antonio Catholic Church in Port Charlotte. Mrs. Castro is survived by her son Luis Carlo of Port Charlotte, 6 grandchildren including Flor (Fernando) Run of Port Charlotte, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 niece, and 1 nephew. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 10, 2007 from 10-11:00AM at San Antonio Catholic Church, 24445 Rampart Boulevard in Port Charlotte. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at the church at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte, FL.
