Obituary of Carmen M. Rivera Vargas

Carmen M. Rivera-Vargas, 59, of North Port, Florida died Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Charlotte Regional Medical Center in Punta Gorda, FL. Carmen was born October 24, 1949 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico to Monserrate and Candida (Vargas) Rivera and moved here 4 years ago from Providence, Rhode Island. She was an assembler for a jewelry factory and was a member of Centro Calvario Cristianio Church in Port Charlotte. Carmen is survived by her daughter, Candida (Angel) Garcia of North Port and 3 grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 11:00AM - 1:00PM at Father's House Fellowship, Atwater Street in Port Charlotte. Funeral service will be at 1:00PM at the church.
