Obituary of Ethel Katherine Patrick

Ethel Katherine Patrick, 80, of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Harbour Health Center in Port Charlotte. Mrs. Patrick was born July 17, 1931 in Kansas City, Missouri to Floyd and Ruby (nee Baih) Ligon and moved to this area 23 years ago from Dunkirk, Maryland. She worked as a telephone operator for a telephone company and was a member of First Christian Church in Pittsburg, Kansas. Mrs. Patrick is survived by her loving husband, Jerry D. Patrick of Punta Gorda; son, Kelly Patrick of Waldorf, MD; daughter, Judith (Timothy) McNair of Gainesville, MO; 4 grandchildren; and 4+ great-grandchildren. Inurnment will be in Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD at a later date.
