Obituary of Ruth Clark Fitzgerald

Ruth C. Fitzgerald, 98, of Punta Gorda, Florida died Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at The Palms of Punta Gorda. She was born September 10, 1912 in Wickliffe, Kentucky to Thomas and Sarah (nee Kizer) Clark and moved to this area 29 years ago from Chicago, Illinois. Mrs. Fitzgerald worked as a registered nurse and was of Protestant faith. Mrs. Fitzgerald is survived by her daughter, Jean Ann F. (Patrick) Grady of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; sisters, Sue Cole, Ruby Gilmour, and Kay Shry all of Paducah, KY; 3 grandchildren, Heather, Megan, and Mark; and 2 great-grandchildren, Brooke and Kyle.
